Transcript of Untitled Prezi

The Lungs I have a spongy like texture.
I am pinkish reddish because I am made out of tissue.
My right lung is divided into 3 parts, while my left lung is divided into 2 parts. What do I look like? I am the lungs Huh huh, hear that? That is the work of me, the lungs. Don't fire me! Why? I'll tell you... I am found in the chest cavity in the Human Body Corporation.
I am near the diaphragm and heart.
I am connected to the trachea and bronchial tubes, and bronchioles are actually inside of me.
Also inside of me are alveoli. Where am I found?
Who am I near? 5 Interesting Facts About Me Did you know that you breathe anywhere between 15-25 times per minute.
The average adult breathes more than 20,000 times a day.
When you breathe out on a cold day and you can see your breath it's because your breath has more water than the air around it.
The main breathing muscle isn't me, the lungs, but instead the diaphragm. What Departments do I Work With? I work with the Respiratory system.
I also work with the Circulatory system. What other organs do I work with? I work with the mouth, trachea, bronchial tubes, brochioles, the heart, the nassal cavity, pharynx, larynx, alveoli, and the diaphragm. What would happen if you did fire me? If you did fire me than you wouldn't be able to breathe.
By not being able to breathe you wouldn't be able to get oxygen to your blood cells. Your blood cells wouldn't be able to deliver oxygen and get energy to your other organs. So they would eventually stop working and, your body would stop working because you couldn't get energy to your organs which are keeping you alive. So basically you would die. Who should you fire? Don't fire me instead, fire the appendix.
The appendix should get fired because it doesn't do anything. The appendix just hangs there and if it gets infected it causes you pain and if it's left untreated it can kill you. Emilee Mathieu Ashley Donovan
