Transcript of What is Technology of the Future

Technology of the Future History of transport The first ever form of transport was ‘The Wheel’ Dating back to 2500 BC. IT was originally a circular stone use to carry trading goods and other valuables. Years went by and the ancient Greeks added spokes. This is now known as the chariot wheel. Years, Centuries and millenniums went by and now we have modern day wheels that we use on cars, bikes, motorbikes etc. Without the marvellous invention of the wheel, we would not have most forms of transport.
Future Transport Humankind has invented a lot of phenomenal kinds of transport over time Cars, Bikes, roller-Blades. They are all amazing things but most are getting dull now, looking through a website of cool gadgets and toys I came across a mad thing for sale, a flying car. The M400X Skycar is a red, four tourboed aerodynamic flying machine (literally). The M400X can cruise comfortably at 275 MPH (maximum speed of 375 MPH) and achieve up to 20 miles per gallon on clean burning, ethanol fuel. The Rota power engine is compact and nearly vibration free, allowing it to be used within the hub of the aircraft’s ducted fans. Take a look at a sneak preview History of computers A computer is an electronic machine designed to automatically carry out demands of the user. The First ever digital computer was the ABC computer short for ‘Atanasoff-Berry Computer’ The main uses of a computers is the internet, games and work. The first ever digital computer was completed in 1942 at the Iowa State College (now Iowa State University). Steve Wozniak designed the first Apple known as the Apple I computer in 1976 Future Computers We already have many different computers in all different shapes and sizes and colours. New mobile phones are showing to become more like computers with internet and miniature keypads. Scientists and researchers are developing new computers by copying the way that neurons ( Neuron: an electrically excitable cell that processes and transmits information.) are built and how they talk to each other.
Entertainment When I think of Entertainment I think of Television, Music, Film and lots of other things. Television is a telecommunication medium for transmitting and receiving moving images that can be colored, with sound. A film, is a series of moving images. It is made by recordings by a camera, or by creating images using animation techniques or visual effects. Music is a creative art form that is made by a noise made by the vocal chords or by an instrument at the right pitch and timing to create a rhythm or beat.
Futuristic Entertainment When I think of future entertainment I think of Films being scanned into our minds like you see in cartoons. Sadly I couldn’t find anything like that but recently there has been a big breakthrough in the new 3D TV and Nintendo’s 3DS. I have not yet experienced the 3D TV but I can’t think its not much different to watching a 3D film at the cinema. The 3DS is a marvellous invention as it feels like it’s happening right in front of you. The two best features is the 3D switch which you can move according to your eyesight so it doesn’t go blurry, and you don’t have to wear glasses
Thank You For Watching! :D
