Short stature
Skin discoloration
Speech impediment
Overweight
Bulging eyes
Mental instability
Diagnosis
Skin Descolorization: Jaundice
"Jaundice is a yellow color of the skin,
mucus membranes, or eyes. The yellow
coloring comes from bilirubin, a byproduct
of old red blood cells."
Mental Instability: Schizophrenia
"Schizophrenia is a group of severe brain disorders in which people interpret reality abnormally. Schizophrenia may result in some combination of hallucinations, delusions, and disordered thinking and behavior."
Short stature: Dwarfism
"Dwarfism is short stature that results from a genetic or medical condition. Dwarfism is generally defined as an adult height of 4 feet 10 inches or less "

Bulging eyeballs: Graves' Ophthalmopathy
"In Graves’ Ophthalmopathy, the overactive thyroid targets the area surrounding eyes and may cause inflammation, redness, achiness, pink eye, eyelid retraction and bulging eyes."
Overweight: Obesity
"Obesity means having too much body fat. It is different from being overweight, which means weighing too much. The weight may come from muscle, bone, fat, and/or body water. Both terms mean that a person's weight is greater than what's considered healthy for his or her height."
Hair loss: Alopecia areata
"Alopecia areata is a hair loss condition
of unknown cause that can be patchy or
extend to complete baldness."
Speech impediment: Aphasia
"Aphasia is a disorder caused by damage to the parts of the brain that control language. It can make it hard for you to read, write, and say what you mean to say."
Minions often speak gibberish phrases rather than speaking normal language.
Where is he now?
Today Mr. Minion is 15 pounds lighter due to his health and wellness plan. He is growing patches of hair thanks to compliant usage of Rogaine. Daily visits to the Psychiatrist have improved his mental stability and outlook on life. He is now able to pronounce five new words. Thanks to the Visine he can see clearly and take in the beautiful world. While he is still short and yellow, he has used his conditions to his advantage, as seen in his starring role in Despicable Me 2.
