Food Chains A food chain is when an animal eats a producers or another animal for energy but then a bigger animal eats that animal and it gose on. Producer A producer is a living thing that can make its own food such as a plant it gets its get its energy from sunlight. Herbivore A herbivore is an animal that only eats plants. Like a rabbit or deer. carnivore A carnivore is an animal that only eats meat. such as tigers and eagles. An omnivore is an animal that eats both plants and meat. such as bears and raccoons are omnivores. Omnivore consumer A consumer is an animal that can not make its own food. Instead consumer's will hunt for food. predator and prey A predator is the animal that is hunting another animal and the prey is the animal that is being hunted by the predator. Hope you liked it!
