Interaction Movement Tibet is one of China’s western most Autonomous Regions. Tibet boarders parts of India and Nepal on its southern boarder. The land that makes up most of Tibet’s northern boarder is Qinghai Province and an Autonomous Region Xinjiang Uyghur. Tibet Economy Tourism is a big part

tourist attractions in the world. Aside from tourism farming is a big staple of Tibet's income. Human
Characteristics The people There are 41 races in Tibet. With a population of 2,626,300 according to the 2000 census. There are over 800 settlements in Tibet.The current government leader is Lobsang Sangay who's goal is to get Tibet's Dalai Lama back in Portala Palace. Physical
Characteristics The climate in Tibet is very harsh. There is a rainy and dry season. The dry season tend to occure within the seasons winter and spring and the rainy season is between June and September. The southern and central regions of Tibet has the most average rainfall. Tibet has many unique land features, like the world's highest mountain, Mt. Everest and Lake Qinghai is the largest lake in Peoples Republic of China. Relative Location Exact Location Perception In Tibet one who shows "compassion, morderation, intellegence, and wisdom" are said to take after their fathers... ..while those who are"red-faced, fond of sinful pursuits, and are very stubborn are said to take after their mothers. Architecture Tibet has many Buddhist
religous shrines, many are known to attract tourists. Potala Palace is located in Lhasa, Tibet's capital it is a very famous structure. The area of Tibet is 1,228,400 km2. The Land Vegitation Tibet is one of China's largest forest areas with over 5,000 species of plants. Wildlife The variety of species in Tibet is very plentiful with 142 species of mammals, 473 species of birds, 49 species of reptiles,44 species of amphibians, 64 species of fish, and over 2,300 species of insects. The first monistary in Tibet was Samye Monastery. The largest man-made garden in Tibet is Norbulingka. Trade Good Products Wheat Copper Coal Iron Medical Herbs Problems with China Tibet's Outlook China's Outlook China believes it still has it's rights over Tibet from the 13th century. China believes they are helping Tibet when the attempt to force out Buddhism from "ruining" Tibet's culture. Tibet does not believe what China is doing is helpful. They believe China is destroying their culture not helping it.
