It is the route that the message travels on, be it verbal, written, electronic or otherwise.
DECODER
RECEIVER
Noise could be considered an interference or distortion that changes the initial message; anything that can misconstrue the message may be noise.
Physical

It is the information, idea, or concept that is being communicated from one end of the model to other.

Is the receivers response to the message. Without Feedback ,the source would never know if the communication was successful
The transmitter which converts the message into signal.
The reception place of the signal which converts signals into message.
A reverse process of encode.
The receiver takes in the message that the source has sent out.
First , Create a sentence
Second, Whisper the message in the ear of the first person
Then , the first person whispers the message to the second person and on and on
Finally , the last person has to write the message in a piece of paper to compare with the original message.
