Is the way we express and behave ourselves. We could manage to change it, but the process comes out gradually.
General Objective
Know different aspects of personality to manage work stress and improve customer service by having a shared vision.
Job satisfaction
Job satisfaction is very stable, even when we change our occupation, business or environment. But remember the genetic and functions of personality factors.
The way we interact with our customers is the link to our institution.
The feelings or ideas of each member has about himself is part of his self-esteem.
In this way, labour standards tell us how to act.
