Transcript of Ocean water

OCEAN WATER The ocean covers more than 70% of the worlds surface. The ocean is divided into 4 major sections, Pacific, Arctic, Atlantic, and Indian. Other smaller regions of oceans are called Seas, Gulfs, and Bays Some of those are called The Mediterranean Sea,
The Gulf Of Mexico, and The Bay Of Bangal It is about 97% of the worlds water supply The Great Salt Lake and The Caspian Sea are bodies of salt water that stand alone or not connected to the ocean. Global warming and overfishing can be extremely harmful and
can leave the ocean barren and empty if we cant reverse it. The ocean holds about 320 million cubic miles of water. The water is about 3.5% salt. http://environment.nationalgeographic.com/environment/habitats/ocean-profile.html
