*The new innovations in plastic surgery techniques began during World War. As the number of injured people was enormous, the surgeons were forced to improvise. This has led to new innovations and development of surgery techniques.

*By age 6, girls especially start to express concerns about their own weight or shape. 40-60% of elementary school girls (ages 6-12) are concerned about their weight or about becoming too fat.

Breakfast: egg whites, oat­meal, fruit, organic yogurt.
Lunch: A green smoothie includes water and a range of leafy greens (spinach, lettuce, etc. The darker the veggie the more vitamin it holds.
