We split the group in different wokshops :
Martin Schulz meeting
And a group prepares MEDIA workshops...
presentations, ice-breakers and rules discussion
We are working with specialists : LIBERTALIA collective to express common ideas in a theatrical form in EU Parliment on Friday
We will participate on a youth expression festival on Saturday. This workshop is working on our specific programation in our tent and on the scenic performances. It's open to people who wants to propose activities during the festival
We are working on the big public event of Friday after noon. We will be 3 groups walking from specific spots to Brussel city-center. We imagined a great scenario about our common topics and our parade will include 200 participants and one big final all together !! You can join our workshops (music, dance, visual creations, ... )

Workshops are going on ... for groups who arrived on Monday and Tuesday
... we prepare the installation of different media workshops who starts Thursday

For people who arrived on Wednesday morning, a new plenary session is settled to exchange about each group contribution to the project. After this, the "new ones" join the workshops...
new workshops begin : the preparation of the meeting with Martin Schulz, president of EU Parliament. This meeting is planned on Thursday afternoon...40 participants will represent the group at this meeting !
Also a workshop to prepare a debate during the festival on Saturday !
Our workshop is in charge of welcoming ! We hope you're satisfied !! We also work on evenings' entertainment
We discuss about our common topics, what we worked on before coming... HOW and WHY ?
but we did not forget to have some fun !
AGORA on SEXISM is on preparation for Saturday !

FINALLY, the last delegations arrive ! They're welcomed by our entertainment group and invited to a presentation of the work in progress !
and to close this big day, a DJ party
DECALOGUE / MANIFESTO VALIDATION
At the end of the day, each delegation receives the compilation document of
all groups' contributions.
7 topics have been treated
, all groups had the opportunity to validate or amend the document who will be send to
all European MEPs
in the next weeks
During the night, entertainment group proposes an open stage night, open to all talents. It was also the time to arrange all the space before leaving our hotel !!
7:00 - arrival of 6 busses to leave the hotel
everyone has to check his/her luggage in the right bus
9: 00 - arrival at EU Parliament esplanade in Brussel
everyone must have his ID
--> be ready to pass the check in (like in airports)
10:00 to 12:00 - Parliament session
12:30 to 13:30 - lunch time
a lunch pack will be distributed on the Parliament esplanade
14:00 - Youth Pride settlement
14:30 - Youth Pride departure
everyone has to join his/her group (3 parades or final) and follow the group leader
16:00 - Youth Pride final
and free time in Brussel !
During the evening, everyone is free to go to a MJ-MUSIC concert in the city-center
