What is it?
Examples
In this picture it shows how the two relations between the two sets of data which are height (in inches) and weight (in pounds). it also allows you to see the relationship between the two questions people were surveyed with. The graph shows a correlation of increasing!
How do you make scatter plot graph and input data?
How do you make Scatter Plot Graph?
Its a graph which allows you to see the relationships and patterns between the certain value/amount you have surveyed and two sets of data. Also allows you to see relations between the x and y values.
When do you use it?
You use it when you want to find relationships and patterns between the values and the two sets of data ( questions ) you have/wanted to survey.
Step 1.
Have 2 questions ready to be surveyed.
Step 2.
Go around asking people the 2 specific questions. Mark them down on your chart.
Step 3.
Plot the data onto graph
Step 4.
On the vertical line ( x axis) label with with the numbers according to the questions do the same with the horizontal line (y axis)
Step 5.
Start plotting the dots on the graph with the accurate co-ordinates that fit according to the data.

Note: steps 3-5 is input data
