3 uses of the future perfect
Talk about future actions that will be finished before some specified point in the future
Use 1:
To show that something will continue up until another action in the future.

Use 2:
I will have been in London for six months by the time I leave.
To express conviction that something happened in the near past.
Use 3 :
The train will have left by now.
We have to look for another way to get there.
