The problem with the current method of reporting is that it
is based on where the operated device is sitting Steps to use the accurate source Company goals
Remind groups of an exposure: public affairs, Scheduling, my group and my supervisor
Increase reporting accuracy
Avoid embarrassment January of 2006: added the ability to count outages by town
June of 2008: this enhancement caused a problem with the servers memory – we stopped registering outage calls
July of 2008 we dropped the source of the town count
In 2009 we went through a rebuild of several feeder systems
