Values and Motivations for Teaching
Empathy
Remember that I'm there for students and that they need me to be empathetic/understanding their issues and problems

Self-motivation
Making sure that I'm always up on the teaching styles and not doing this because I need to but because I want to. Knowing that it will help be as a teacher
Belief System about Teaching and Learning
Fairness

Introduce a lesson by conveying it's importance

Hands-on-learning for both teachers and students
Relationships
Student-Teacher Communication
Create an environment where my students feel comfortable talking to be about problems or issues in or outside of the classroom. If I don't know what is bothering them then I can't do my job to the best of my ability
Parent-Teacher Communication
Having open communication with parents on my students so we can find out what is best for the child
Goal Setting, Assessment and Monitoring

Different types of assessments
Which will help student who learn/intake information in different ways( Multiple Intelligences)

Assessments are not just for the teachers but also for the students
Helps show them what they have learned and their progression

Format Effectiveness
Grading Procedures
Fluctuate depending on material/subject being taught

Use of wait time
Allows students to think about the question/material before having to answer.

Hands-on-learning
This allows students to learn information in a fun way that gets them more involved in the subject
