3 stamens of saffron
9 Goji berries
1 tsp coconut nectar or to taste

Place the almond milk and all other ingredients in a pot (no microwave!).  Stir ingredients until mixed thoroughly and heat mixture until it is just about ready to boil. Serve.
If you have a vitamix you can blend all ingredients until the vitamix heats it to your liking.


Nourish with Lover’s Tea

Say NO to things you don’t want to do without providing explanations/justifications.
Avoid factory farmed meat (watch the meatrix).
Practice synchronizing breath with movement. Begin with deep abdominal breathing (i.e. inhale to the count of 2, exhale to the count of 4, and increase time until you have comfortably hit your max, for at least 10 minutes).
Stretch (making sure to breathe through the stretches)
Exercise (making sure to breathe as gently and deeply as possible, in fresh air away from traffic)
