Why is Grammar inportant?

The English language, in effect, it holds the language together. With incorrect grammar sentences it can become meaningless and messages will be unclear. This means that you won't be able to communicate good and the person who is reading your work/message may be confused as to your meaning.

For Example (message)
Hey Tom!
Today I
sit
on a chair and I
fall
down! Haha, it turns out that the chair was so weak and tiny. Anyway, today in class the teacher
tell
me to remind you to
wrote
in your journal, not on plane paper. Have a nice day
From Jessy
Error in article usage is making sure to add 'an, the, a' etc. in the correct places
For example:
we live in city.
we live in the city.
It makes the sentence make more sense and sound a lot better, as well as making it easier to read.
