All About Me!!!
My name is Shae and I am 10 years old. My birthday is on March 7,2000. My hobbies are sports and painting. My favourite sports are ringette and soccer I get 10 and a 1/2 hours of sleep each day I get 7 hours of work of each day by going to school and doing chores at home I get 6 and a 1/2 hours of play each day by doing sports,
jumping on the trampoline, and shooting hoops. Flexibility Speed Power 5 Elements Of Fittness Endurance strength Drinking milk keeps
your bones healthy.
You need to have
power to stay active
during the day. The more you work out
the more flexible you will become. You should always get 8 hours of sleep, play and work each day. Endurance is the ability
to to somthing for a really
long time. It is important
to have speed.
I have lots of
speed because I
am a fast runner. Exercise Heathly Food Choices!
Try To Choose:
At least one dark green
and one orange vegetable
each day.

Fruit and vegetables more
often than juice.

Water to quench thirst.

Whole Grains

Milk (skim, 1%, 2% or
fortified soy beverage.)

Meat alternatives like
beans, lentils, and tofu.
