Article 2, sections 1, 2, 3, 4 Presidential Election President Section 2 Section 4 Section 3 Barack Obama Past Presidents ~President serves for a term of 4 years. ~Before becoming the president they must take an oath,
~"I do solemnly swear that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and I will do the best to my ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States." ~The president shall be Commander and Chief of the Army and Navy of the USA. ~The president from time to time will give the Congress information by the state of the Union. ~ ~Can be elected for a second term. ~The president of the US must be born in the country. ~Must be at least 35 years of age to run for president. ~The president will make that the laws are properly executed. ~The president shall commission all the officers of the US. ~The president, vice president, and all civil officers of the US, shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of treasure, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.
