you need to be like me!" Therefore you need to have a varied diet.
To make this easier, there are 5 main food
GROUPS 5 MAIN FOOD GROUPS bREAD, RICE, POTATOES, PASTA AND STARCHY FOODS

mILK AND dAIRY FOODS
MEAT, FISH, EGGS AND OTHER NON-DAIRY SOURCES OF PROTIENS
