That no food on its own can
provide all the nutrients
you need to be like me!" Therefore you need to have a varied diet.
To make this easier, there are 5 main food
GROUPS 5 MAIN FOOD GROUPS bREAD, RICE, POTATOES, PASTA AND STARCHY FOODS
fRUIT AND vEG
mILK AND dAIRY FOODS
MEAT, FISH, EGGS AND OTHER NON-DAIRY SOURCES OF PROTIENS
fOOD AND DRINKS HIGH IN FAT AND SUGAR Try and choose foods from the first 4 groups every day!!! Which group do you
