Offers two Courses:
Private pilot training course
Commercial pilot training course
Private pilot training course
Takes basic air navigation, basic flight planning and other aviation subjects
Commercial Pilot training course
Can only be taken if private pilot training course is fulfilled
How does pilot use trigonometry
Trigonometry can be use to calculate landing averages, as well as barriers of land masses, mountains for air travel
Private pilot- they operates and fly aircraft for private and enjoyment purposes
Commercial Pilot- they can carry cargo and passengers. They can become a flight instructor, charter pilot or cargo pilot.
Test your Knowledge!
If the pilot plan the approach to begin 5nm (distance) from the end of the runway. Find the altitude.
1nm = 6,076.1 feet
5nm = 6,076.1 x 5 =30,380.5 feet
30,380.5 x 3tan = 1592 feet

Promising Exellence At Its Best
5-year college degree
Offers students with knowledge and skills in planning, designing, and constructing buildings
gives the students opportunities to design with a sense of quality and creativity
To get involved in architecture, you have to take seven classes, namely: Physics, Geometry, Trigonometry, Pre-Calculus and Calculus, Engineering, 3-D Design, and Drawing.
Building plans won’t be possible without the application of trigonometry. With the help of trigonometry, architect can compute the exact angles of intersection for components of their structure that will ensure its stability and safety. They also make sure that their structures withstand pressures from inside. Architecture applies trigonometry when planning arches, domes, support beams and suspension beams.
How does Architecture uses trigonometry?
Willford Academy has establish its own Willford Aviation Training Center which offers opportunities to students who want to pursue their dream of becoming a pilot.
WillFord Academy offers academic and non-academic excellence since 1965. It uses state of the art facilities like advance technology.
Two of the courses, that assure students excellency, offered are architecture and aviation training.
