Shunsho was famous for his woodblock prints

His style of art was Japanese in the 1700's

He also opened his own art school called the Katsukawa printmaking School
Katsukawa Shunsho's inspirations were Kabuki
actor portraits
He also created several paintings based on the
Stories of Ise- which are stories about romance
and love
