Cooking Delicious Hamburgers First: thaw the meat by leaving it out. When the meat thaws, put it in a bowl and take some soda crackers or bread crumbs . If you are using soda crackers crush them up small and put them into the bowl with the meat and put a egg in. Ingredients

1 lb gound beef
1 egg
2 tbsp soda crackers or bread crumbs
You can add more, but this is how I do it. Put egg in and mix with the meat and the soda crackers or bread crumbs and egg together. Heat up the barbecue to 200 degrees F. then make the burgers by squeezing them round. your burgers should look like this. Next: you put the hamburgers on the barbeque. Before you put the hamburgers on the grill clean the grill. You should flip the patties in 10 minutes. After 20 minutes, you take them off. Space the hamburgers on the grill. Enjoy!
