(Faithless: Insomnia, 1995) ` BE CAUSED BY SEVERAL FACTORS.... In my case, the main problem is muscle pain - mainly lower back and legs. I have meniscus tears in both of my knees and also a minor car accident last year (tailgated), and these are the main contributors to my sleep problem at night.

It also helps me to relieve insomnia (sleeplessness) when taken before bedtime.
