Health and Disease
The ability of the body to function.
Social Health deals with the way react with people within our environment.
Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.

What does the body need to function properly?
Mental heath deals with how we think,
feel and cope with daily life.
Exercise helps to give you more energy,
maintain weight, increase confidence & self esteem, and helps to battle chronic diseases.
Nutrition: Healthy and balanced meals
Nutritious meals create a balance between what we eat and the way our body uses the food for energy and growth
Try to be constant, go to bed and wake up at the same time daily.
Weight Control: Decreases your risk for certain diseases.
Exercise and proper nutrition will provide you this.
Learning: the development of skills, behaviors, and knowledge.
How we think, feel and cope with daily life.
Learning increases self-confidence, awareness, and self perception. It also teaches one coping skills.
Stress Management: How our body deals with life changes.
There are healthy ways to deal with stress in order to avoid risks of anxiety and depression.
Mental Illness: Caused by stress and problems
Some illnesses include depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and phobias.
