¿Es posible explicar el todo a partir de la información?
How to make information about the "whole" and each of its constituent static or emerging; organic or inanimate; natural physical and socioeconomic, cultural or artistic that may be available to all people, at all times, everywhere and, of great importance, equal for everybody?
¿Is it possible to explain everything from information?
What is the optimum mechanism to code the information?
Educators today have to deal with not only move through a haze of rich legacy pedagogical debates of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries, but also face the diffuse present stage, moody and sometimes-controversial messianic and spinal technological determinism- e-learning and digital cultures for their utopias and dragging dystopias.
The ubiquitous learning is the main highway for language -at the end of some thinkers- the inevitable transition from human to post-human.
If to achieve ubiquity requires tools specific to the XXI century technologies of information and communication (ICT )
If learning occurs by anyone, about anything, anytime, anywhere, then learning is ubiquitous. If in addition occurs equal learning, in addition to being ubiquitous, then it is equitable.
