Peoples reaction to Fords pardon from Nixon
Ford's pardon further shocked a country divided over Nixon's exit amid the ongoing Watergate scandal. No one thought president Nixon would have been apart of the Watergate Scandal and many people lost respect for him and were excited he was leaving the office.
This event is very shocking, I would never of thought Nixon would do this. I thought he was a decent president, it was kind of a shock to me hearing all the stuff he did. Seeing a president do something very illegal is very shocking to the mind and I hope that an event like this will never happen again. Well it would be ok if Obama did because he needs to get out of the office fast!
