What is our artifact?
To entertain ourselves with apps such as Angry Birds.
To socialize with others with apps like Facetime and Kik.
To make your job/work easier with apps like the Notes app.
Who is the Original inventor and when was the product made?
Nowadays it is used for many things such as gaming , taking pictures, and videos.
The original inventor of the IPad is Steve Jobs, but the first patent for the electronic tablet was back in 1888.
The first IPad was released to the public on April 3rd, 2010. And the most recent, the IPad 4th generation on Febuary 5th, 2013.
What are some of the innovations the IPad has undergone since it was invented?
Which area of technology does the IPad fall under?
How has this product impacted society in a positive way?
How has this product impacted society in a negative way?
How was it used when it was originally invented and how is it used today?
It was used for handwriting when it was originally invented back in 1888.
Getting the glass for the touch screen, the silicon for the processor, and the metal for the case.
Getting the software and programming for the apps to run and tablet to work.
Getting the proportions for the size of the screen, the thickness of the tablet, and the positioning of the buttons.
Calculate how much energy the processor needs and how much energy the screen display uses, to calculate the size of the battery needed.

The Face time and texting apps are changing the way we communicate with each other. Some people feel its less personable to text each other rather than having a face-to-face conversation.
It has combined the cell phone, computer and TV into a portable sized tablet that is very accessible.
