Healthy Lifestyle Project
Day #1
On the first day I attempted eating a bagel and I felt like I was going to be sick so I only finished half. I felt sick the rest of the day.
Day #2
On the second day I ate a banana and felt much more energized throughout the day. My metabolism began burning early and so I became hungrier faster. I was also able to think more clearly.
Day #3
On my final day my body became used to eating breakfast. So I woke up hungry so I ate toast. I again felt more energized and more alert.
Conclusion
Breakfast provides us with:
More energy for the required activities
Increased concentration
Those who eat a well balanced breakfast tend to maintain an healthier body weight
My assignment
For this project I was to eat breakfast for three days and record how I felt afterwords.
