What is Workplace Wellness?
Workplace wellness programs provide the access, opportunity, support and encouragement needed for workers to actively participate in improving their health
Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) are injuries and movement disorders of the musculoskeletal system caused or aggravated by various hazards or risk factors in the workplace

45-60 min session
Includes quick review (~15 minutes each) of workstations for anyone having concerns
