Begin by entering all of your commitments for the week
Examine your toughest weeks
Try to reserve at least two hours of study time for each hour spent in class
Decide whether you will study more effectively in the day or in the evening, or a combination of both
Break large assignment into smaller steps
Estimate how much time you will need on each assignment, and begin your work early
Keep track of how much time it takes you to complete different kind of tasks.
Set aside time for research and other preparatory tasks.
Schedule at least three aerobic workouts per week, it helps you focus!
