An order acquires this status when a customer is not satisfied with the work completed, and needs further
investigation of the case.
This is where you find orders that should be revised.
Here you can search for orders completed by you using academic level, type of service, Order ID and topic title filters.
On this page you can see your ID number, language category, college level, and current account status.
This is where you can send and receive messages directly from the home page.
On this page, you can request your payment, trace its history, and request fine removal.
This section contains news and important information about changes in our work. Make sure you read and understand everything in this section before proceeding with any work.

Before placing the bid/taking the order, check all the paper instructions carefully to estimate the chances of a successful completion of the order.

The price for the order depends on the urgency of the paper, academic level, number of pages and your Language Category (some orders may require only ENL writer to complete the paper).
Once the order is assigned and is seen at "My current orders" list, and you have questions about the order, paper instructions, or you need any clarification from the Customer/Support team, you may communicate with both sides from the "Messages" section inside each specific order.
If you face any difficulties

with the order (instructions are tough, you do not have enough materials, or you are constrained in time), inform Support team beforehand, as there are the list of the fines which can be applied.
Writers are fined for plagiarism, lateness, unreasonable retraction from an order, wrong style application, and poor language level.

Still, we have an attractive bonus system. Based on the number of factors (the amount of pages written, average customer's mark, having zero lateness and dispute cases, as well as customer's request rate), the bonus may vary from 0% to 7.5% up to what you have earned.

A payment period lasts five days (between the 1st and 5th, and the 15th-20th of each month). During the payment period, you can press the "Request Payment" button, and Payment Admin sends you the money (money will be sent within the payment period, which can take up to 5 days).

"Request Payment" button is active from the 30th or the 31st, at 8 pm until the 3rd, at 8 pm (GMT+0); and from the 14th, at 8 pm until the 18th, at 8 pm (GMT+0) of every month.

After you have pressed the "Request Payment" button, the whole sum of your payment will appear in the next tab "Requested".*
*Our operators do not have enough information and authority to help you with your payment questions. Therefore please forward all your payment questions to Payment Department via Message System (on the left you can see Messages tab). Payment Department will review your case and contact you regarding your issue within 1-2 business days.

Available Orders Page
The number shows the amount of new available orders.
There are different types of orders, so you can sort the list according to your preference. Click on More options to use page, deadline, type, costs, academic level, title and disciplines filters.
To see detailed instructions you should click on Order Number or Topic
If you want to ask a question or clarify the instructions, you can write a message to the customer or Support Team, in special Messages Tab.
Only apply for, or take, orders you can definitely complete in the time available. Make sure you carefully check the customer's instructions and materials BEFORE you apply.
Please do not mix the tabs "My orders in process" and " Orders, where I have placed my bid".
"Orders, where I have placed my bid"
These are orders you have agreed to write, but which have not yet been given to you. You always receive email notification once you are assigned an order, and it moves to the "My Orders in process" table.
"My orders in process"
It means the order is yours, assigned to you, and you are responsible for completing it in the stated period of time. You are financially responsible for delivering a paper of satisfactory quality, which follows all the customer's instructions.
Please note that we will guide you through your first orders, so you will be able to check how our system works.

To upload a completed paper, click on the Files tab,
browse
the file, add a description if needed, and click "

". You can add other file(s) if necessary, by pressing on "Choose another file". Click on "

" to upload selected files.
You need to firstly click on “Upload” button, and after the file is there the next step is pressing on "Send files(s)" to upload selected files. Only in such a sequence all the files will be successfully delivered to Customer.
Orders are already paid for, you can take or apply for them.
Inquiries are yet unpaid, you may place bids on them. Afr er several writers have placed bids on an inquiry, the customer will be asked to proceed with the payment, and the best writer will be assigned.
Revisions contain a file from a previous writer who began the order. For various reasons the previous writer has been reassigned, and we are seeking a new writer to complete the task!
In this section, you can see orders with pressing deadlines. Please, make sure that you are able to complete such orders before applying and/or placing your bid.
Please, avoid the mistakes commonly made by newly registered writers:
Do not write your name in messages to the customer or in your papers
Do not ask customers to provide log-in credentials if the access to a specific library is required (instead, please, ask the client to upload the required source)
Do not complete multiple choice questions and True & False assignments (please, inform the Support Team if you come across such an order)
Do not conduct interviews or any other primary research (you may only create a questionnaire, analyze the data provided by the customer, or use hypothetical data)


The most common formats of papers used in academic writing are:
MLA
MLA (Modern Language Association) style is used to write papers and cite sources within the liberal arts and humanities.
- MLA style does not require a separate title page.
- Humanities place emphasis on authorship. Hence, MLA format follows the author-page method of in-text citation.

APA
APA (American Psychological Association) style is most commonly used to cite sources within the social sciences.
- APA style requires a separate title page.
- Social sciences place emphasis on the date a work was created.
- The date is usually placed immediately after the author’s name on the “References” page.

Harvard referencing is the most used referencing style in the UK and Australia and is encouraged to be followed in the humanities.
- Like APA, Harvard presupposes using the author's name and the year of publication when citing books, articles, and other documents.

Chicago and Turabian (two separate but very similar styles) are widely used for writing papers on history and economics.

THE SAME requirements for ALL formats:



• Times New Roman font, 12.
• Double spacing (or Single spacing as per the order instructions).
• Set the margins of your document to 1 inch on all sides.
• Indent the first line of paragraphs one half-inch from the left margin (press Tab button).
• Reference page is required to be a separate one.
• In-text citations (or footnotes) are to be presented in every style, no matter what particular paper format is used (if information is taken from outside sources).
