Get a sheet of paper and something to write with.
Take 5 minutes to think about:
individual strengths, interests, and dreams
areas & activities that you're interested in and feel you've got some skill or knowledge
make a list of these items
If you're having difficulty identifying strengths, ask yourself this:
If one of your best friends were asked to explain what you really like to do and what you're pretty good at doing, what would he or she say? Think about it in that way.
Make a Wordle Collage

After you're finished:
