You need a passport
Minors: Mexican law requires that any non-Mexican citizen under the age of 18 departing Mexico unaccompanied by only oneparent or legal guardian must carry a notarized letter giving permission from any other parent or guardian not traveling with the minor to or from Mexico.
Upon arrival in Mexico, business travelers must complete and submit form FMM which grants them the right to conduct business

Flowers should always be given when visiting a Mexican home.
