HOW TO MAKE
BROWNIES What's a cookie? WHAT DO WE NEED PREPARATION 1. Take the butter, put it into the bowl and mix it with the electric mixer. In the United States, Canada and Australia a cookie is a small,
flat, baked delight, usually containing fat, flour, eggs and sugar.
The most common word for this sweet is biscuit. in the United States a biscuit is a kind of bread similar to a scone. In the United Kingdom, a cookie is referred to a biscuit. Brownie A chocolate brownie is a flat, baked square or bar originally from Chicago, made in the United States at the end of the 19th century and popularized during the first half of the 20th century.
The brownie is a cross between a cake and a cookie. Brownies are often accompanied by milk or coffee. They come in a variety of forms; they may include nuts, whipped cream, chocolate chips, or other ingredients. Ingredients The main ingredients are flour,
sugar,
chocolate,
butter and eggs.
In the original recipe is not provided the yeast. Brownies contain protein, unsaturated fat and saturated fat, carbohydrates and sugars. THE HISTORY Place: Kitchen, table.
Tools: Oven, electric mixer, baking tin, wooden spoon, bowl.
Ingredients: 180 gr. of chocolate, 100 gr. of walnuts, 150 gr. of butter, 225 gr. of sugar, 3 eggs, 100 gr. of flour, 1 spoon of vanilla sugar, 1 teaspoon of yeast.
Equipment: Apron.
Time:
-Preparation: 15-20 minutes.
-Cooking: 40 minutes.
Difficulty: Medium. 2. Take the sugar, put it into the bowl
and mix it. 3. Take the eggs, break them in a bowl
and mix them. 4. Take the flour, the vanilla sugar, the yeast
and put them into the bowl and mix with the rest. 5. Take the chocolate, melt in a double boiler, put it into the bowl and mix it. 6. Take the walnuts, crush them, put them into the bowl and mix them. 7. Take the dough, put it into the baking rectangular tin,
use the wooden spoon to spread the dough,
and then put it into the oven at 160o degrees for 40 minutes. 8. Take out the baking tin from the oven,
put the cake into a flat dish and then cut it in pieces. Eat it at breakfast with milk or coffee, eat it at brunch
or tea time with tea or herbal tea. video
