-whereby an individual observes and replicates others' behavior.
- social learning that leads to the "development of traditions, and ultimately our culture. It allows for the transfer of information (behaviors, customs, etc.) between individuals and down generations without the need for genetic inheritance.
-in short by just observing, imitations take place.
-the process of inculcating ideas, attitudes, cognitive strategies or a professional methodology.
-such teaching can be done FORMAL or INFORMAL.
-by which he/she was helped to learn something by punishing him or giving him a certain praise or material incentive like money.
