If passed with ammendments: Returns To Original House If Original House Concurs Or Passed Without Ammendments: Bill Goes To Governor If Not Vetoed: Bill Becomes Law January 1st Of Next Year the first reading at the house! The bill is debated over and voted on The bill is introduced to the house and they discuss it Or the President if it is going to be a national law
