DIFFRENT TYPES OF LUNG DESEASES
-As Technology and science continue to develop over the next 27 years:
-The medical field will benefit greatly through the years.
-There will be more female employees, job opportunities and a younger workforce
-The Medical Facility is well known polyclinic providing good reputation medical services towards the people
-A manager needs to fulfill his responsibilities towards his employer and has to ensure an approachable and tolerant attitude towards his patients.
Future Study Mission and Vision
Establishing a website for the polyclinic contains all educational useful information about medical departments and common diseases.
Adding a website username and password for each patient to their ID Card so the patient can access his own lab test and x-ray results from his home.
Follow up reminder feature (automated SMS to be sent each patient mobile number reminding him of the clinic name and date); the Dr has only to fill the follow up date field upon patient visit in the new system.
Marketing Dept can make easy statistics about the work income, patient numbers, and visits and follow ups in each department.
Accounting Dept can calculate net income of the clinics and Drs income ratio above their contract clinic target, even the Dr can have access to the his allowed accounting data.
Insurance departments will have faster work in submitting medical claim forms through the network and in getting pre-authorization for certain treatment and procedures ( in the old system the patient had to wait long for faxing the hand written claim).
Management can observe the whole work of all departments as moderator
The manager must also be an inspiring leader that motivates, encourages, and cares for his workers so that they will be able to do their best without any disturbances. This is especially important in the medical field since the doctors and surgeons are essentially controlling the fate of someone’s life. The role of being a manager can be a tough position to be in since there is a lot of stress involved in the daily tasks of management. A number of problems will arise throughout the course of any given day and the manager is responsible for handling those things well. The manager must remain calm more often than not. A calm manager will keep the entire department calm which will lead to increased productivity and accuracy resulting in more successful treatments. Since the medical field is very complex, many managers for different areas must be chosen to control to ensure maximum accuracy. The following is a future command structure of any polyclinic hospital:
Teamwork - the manager has to be someone who is committed to working with a team of people for the improvement of the whole clinic or hospital meaning that the manager isn't in the business solely for the selfish reasons but instead, he is interested in developing for the sake of improving health care for others as well as to the benefit of the other people working with him in the polyclinic. The polyclinic can be classified as Task Culture Organization:
The polyclinic acts as one small team each part of it has its own experience skills and specific field of practice within the team.
Diversity of the team, different color, attitudes and thinking but all gathered for one purpose to provide best medical service for the patients.

COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease)
ARDS (Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome
is when the inside walls of an asthmatic's airways are swollen or inflamed. This causes less air to go to your lungs.

Emphysema is a lung condition when the alveolis re filled up with air. When the air continues to fill up the alveoli's they expand and break which forms scar tissues . This will cause the patient to become progressively short of breath and will lead to an early death When the alveoli turn into large irregular pockets with holes in then the surface area of the lungs is gradually reduced which causes less oxygen entering the blood stream.
Cardiovacucular disease is one of the main causes of death due to smoking. Smoking accelerates the hardening and narrowing process in youir arteries , leaving them narrow , blocked or rigid . when the arteries narrow blood clots (Atherosclerosis) are likely to form. This will causes angina a pain/discomfort in your chest.
Lung cancer-is mostly affected by smoking , 90% of lung cancers cases are due to smoking .
