Polices & Procedures
Students are registered for courses by the departmental staff prior to the beginning of each term.

Book List will be provided by the program
Request from the Assistant Director and Faculty Director

Drop a class and receive a full refund - request must be made no later than the first week of the semester.

Program is cohort based and will follow a predetermined course schedule
It is required that all students complete individual, online, anonymous course evaluations.

Each quarter the MSIRE office will inform the students on the process to complete them, as well as the timeframe to do so.

The evaluations must be completed in order for final grades to be released

Academic Misconduct will result in disciplinary actions from the Univeristy
Academic Warning: student whose cumulative GPA falls below a 3.0 will be placed on warning for the following quarter.
Dismissal - A student on probation (cumulative and semester GPA is below a 3.0) who does not improve will be automatically dismissed from the program.

The dismissal is for a minimum of one year. After one year, the student may apply for readmission to the University in the same or different program.

Joint Degrees
The student must have at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA and a “C” or higher in all courses of the program in order to be eligible for graduation.

Students are required to be enrolled in classes during the term in which they graduate.

Students must apply for graduation in the panther soft system during their last semester.

Exit program evaluation and surveys are required for graduation.
