King Are all penguin species endangered? Not all penguin species are endangered. The Galapagos and Humbolt penguin is listed as endangered. The African, Southern Rockhopper, Gentoo and Magellanic are near danger. There are alot of penguins that are near danger and that are endangered. Alot of penguins population is declining.
