Strategic Management to Enhance the Center Productivity

What is Strategic Management?
Strategic management
consists of the analysis, decisions, and actions an organization undertakes in order to create and sustain competitive advantages. The strategic management of an organization entails three ongoing processes: analysis, decisions, and actions.
ACTIONS!
Create a synergy between
investor-retailer-management
and consumers
after understanding their needs and expectations..
ACTIONS!
Position your Center among the competitors and create a long term relationship with the consumers to have loyalty..
To Increase the Center Productivity, you need to maximize mall turnover and rental income..
Before Taking Actions
We need to identify the basic elements and the stakeholders of the Center
ACTIONS
Reach a high shopping conversion rate from footfall to turn-over by marketing activities..
Leadership is the capacity to translate vision into reality
These actions requires leaders and excellent teams
to allocate the necessary resources and to design the organization to bring the intended strategies to reality
Analysis
Strategic management is concerned with the analysis of strategic goals (vision, mission, and strategic objectives) along with the analysis of the internal and external environment of the organization.
Decisions
Leaders must make strategic decisions. These decisions, broadly speaking, address two basic questions: What industries/sectors should we compete in? How should we compete in those industries/sectors? These questions also often involve an organization’s domestic as well as its international operations.
Actions
Decisions are of little use, of course, unless they are acted on. Firms must take the necessary actions to implement their strategies.
