Management Toolkit, which will include the following components:

a. Executive Summary - An overall assessment and summary of the commercialization roadmap, go-to-market strategy, and the marketability of the technology.

b. Competitive Matrix - An assessment in chart form of the competitive landscape and the company’s position in the marketplace. This analysis tool helps the company understand its competitive advantage.

c. 18-month Commercialization Roadmap - A roadmap in Gantt chart format showing the actions the company needs to take and major milestones that must be achieved in order to commercialize the innovation in a 12-24 month horizon, and an approximate budget for the action items and milestones.
