Transcript of island of the blue dolphins Devilfish by Dominic

A devilfish is an octopus. The Gal-a-sats thought that they tasted great, but I think they taste horrible! The devilfish that Karana saw was probably a Giant Pacific Octopus. I think this because the Island of the Blue Dolphins is in the Pacific Ocean.I also think this because the devilfish that she saw was very big and so is the Giant Pacific Octopus. Devilfish!!! By: Dominic D. A devilfish has 8 arms, a small, round body with bulging eyes, a siphon, and a beak. Most devilfish live at the bottom of the ocean, but some are pelagic, which means that they live near the surface. Devilfish love lobsters, shrimp, and crabs. Devilfish have no hard points except for their beak, so they can squeeze through anything that their beak can squeeze through. Devilfish can live from 5 months to a few years.
