Global IPPF Campaign
Focus on CSE and youth rights

For the
"Know It, Own It"
Campaign participants had the opportunity to
record their own messages
about why sexual rights matter and myths regarding sexuality.
Scramble for Wealth and Money
This session aimed to help participants independently develop the concept of
personal responsibility
and the importance of
active citizenship
through
experience
and
reflection
.
Finally, the Steering Committee candidates had a chance to
express their motivation
and answer questions from the public.
Although the connection was not the best, Sarah and Nejra also joined us via
Skype
.
In the evening of the 1st day we also celebrated
YSAFE's 10 years anniversary
Maya, YSAFE's chair for the last 6 years started with an emotional speech...
Vicky Claeys
was also with us and delivered a wonderful inspirational speech
We also said
thank you
and
goodbye
to Vicky Claeys, our Regional Director soon to retire...
and to our YSAFE Steering Committee for 2014-2016
Started with the
Active Citizenship
session held by an external trainer, Alexandra, from European Federation for Intercultural Learning (EFIL).

Moving forward...
Participants were encouraged to
think about their communities
and steps they can take to
change
things.
The Real Hollywood Story
But first,
Lene, the
Regional Executive Committee President
talked about
her story
and inspired participants.
Participants played
social theater
, based on scripts with real stories,
without talking
. Then, they guessed the stories and discussed about the topics presented.
My role in Active Citizenship
Participants went from the global level, to community and now to
personal level
.
They created
mind maps
,
ladder steps
for change and wrote
postcards
to themselves.
