path on a black surface or
black path on a white surface. A line follower robot is an autonomous mobile robot that can follow a path.
This robot are usually entertainment hobby robots however they can be improved and used in industry in order to carry some loads on a define path. CNY70 Sensor circuit determines
the color of the path with
CNY70 sensor. When it senses
white line it’s output is
low voltage.If it senses
black line, output
will be high voltage L293D We need motor control because
ARDUINO provides us max 40mA
output but it Components that provide
connection of components not enough
to drive motors so it must be in Components
that provide connection of components
for this job we will use L293D ARDUINO NANO Arduıno is an open-source electronics prototyping platform based on flexible easy-to -use hardware and software
Arduıno nano is a surface mount breadboard embedded version with integrated USB.
It is a smallest, complete , and breadboard friendly. Resistors We need high RPM, low torque DC motor to get
more best performance.
High RPM provides more speed and low torque gives us easy control for turnings, instaneously stoping.
A resistor is a passive two-terminal electrical
component that implements electrical resistance as a circuit elements. Jumpers Components that provide connection of components Motors Battery our project's power source We used duracell at this project which is cost is 10 TL We used arduino's own program
to control project. More advanced sensors can be used (QR1114)
Number of sensor can be increased
Higher RPM lower torque motor
More developed software A printed circuit board, or PCB, is used to mechanically support and electrically connect electronic components using conductive pathways, tracks or signal traces etched from copper sheets laminated onto a non-conductive substrate What is PCB we used high-health effective chemicals
while doing this project please do not use this chemicals at home.
Each trace consists of a flat, narrow part of the copper foil that remains after etching. The resistance, determined by width and thickness, of the traces must be sufficiently low for the current the conductor will carry. Power and ground traces may need to be wider than signal traces. In a multi-layer board one entire layer may be mostly solid copper to act as a ground plane for shielding and power return. Circuit properties of the PCB PCB The simplest method, used for small-scale production and often by hobbyists, is immersion etching, in which the board is submerged in etching solution such as ferric chloride. Compared with methods used for mass production, the etching time is long. Heat and agitation can be applied to the bath to speed the etching rate. Chemical etching
First of all we are puting the line follower on path,
than giving 9 volt to arduino. It is reading the codes and first moving directly. When any one of sensors see black line arduino changing the rpm of left or right motors. arduino using this code till sensors see again white path. aand action.. congratulations now you got a robot that would be good but we got already perfect one
