A soothsayer calls out to Caesar, "beware the Ides of March" Julius Caesar dies He is stabbed to death Born-July 13, 100 59 B.C.- Julius was elected consul; He also married Calpurnia Pisonis 45 B.C.- Julius was named dictator for life 46 B.C.- Julius was appointed dictator for 10 years Cato: lead speaker of the Senate; atempts to turn everyone against Julius (especially Brutus) Brutus: he is a speaker of the people and friend of Julius; he betrays Julius and helps kills him. Marc Antony: Julius Caesar's loyal, right-hand man; he turns the citizens against Brutus and Cato. Father: Gaius Julius Mother: Aurelia
