Vincent Van Gogh's Art Works Vincent Van Gogh loved drawing and water colours. Some of his famous artwork are: The Starry, Cafe Terrace at Night, Starry Night Over the Rhone, Irises, The Potato Eaters, Wheat Field with Crows, The Night Cafe,The Yellow House, The Church at Auvers, The Red Vineyard, Poppy Flowers, At Eternity's Gate, and many more amazing artworks. Vincent Van Gogh was born on March, 30, 1853, in Zundert of the Netherlands. Vincent was given the name of his grandfather. Art and religion were the main occupations in his family. As a child Vincent was very quiet and silent. Vincent van Gogh died on July, 29, 1890, at the age of 37, in France. Style and Period of Art In a short period of ten years Vincent van Gogh made approximately 900 paintings.
Vincent had an older brother who died at birth. His name was also supposed to be Vincent van Gogh.
Vincent suffered from temporal lobe epilepsy as well as other mental and physical conditions.
