DEGREE OF MUSCULARITY

Physiological Aspects:

Broad shoulders.

Muscles - arms and legs.

Minimal amount of fat.

Typically the most suited somatotype for performers at a high level in a vast majority of sports.
Mesomorph
Refers to the

Physiological Aspects:

Pear-shaped.

Wide hips & shoulders.

Tends to gain fat on upper arms, waist & thighs.

Short legs in relation to their truck.
Endomorph
Certain body types are better for some sports than others.

With a certain type of body:
Some activities are easier with more chance of success.
Some activities are more difficult with less chance of success.

IT SOUNDS SIMPLE BUT IT ISN'T!

You cannot control it and it develops naturally.
Why???

Preordained???

You may be able to influence your body composition and musculature.
