travel swiftly through thick forests.Snow shoes were traditionally made a of hard wood frame with rawhide lacing Toboggans were split from straight logs of hard
wood that had been cut in winter when the sapping
wasn't running.The front end was heated in boiling
water then bent upwards.In the old days raw hide covered the bent front end to protect riders .Loads
were tied on the side,and they were pulled by dogs or people. The canoes they used were made of birch bark,the canoes might be light but they can carry heavy loads THE END
