"And when he gets to Heaven
St. Peter he will tell,
One more Marine reporting sir,
I've served my time in Hell. "
Roger. This quote means that many
troops died in the war. It means
that the war was so hard, they're
comparing it to hell. It could also mean
that in death they'll be in peace, and when
they served in the war they were in hell. Rationing was way to support
the war by sending saved or
"rationed" items to troops over
seas. It was important because
without it, a lot of the troops would
not have some of the items they did.
It made war a little easyer for the troops.
Some of the things that were rationed
were: bubble gum, gassoline, coffe, and sugar. Hedeki Tojo was born in Kojimachi, Tokyo in 1884. He graduated the Japanese Army Academy in 1905. Tojo became the prime minister of Japan in 1940 Germany invaeed Poland in

totalatarin. The differance is, dictaros
only seek political power as where
totalatism seeks political, social, and cultural
planes. Zeros were typicly 10 feet high
and 29 feet 9 inces long. Its
maximum speed was 331 mph.
The planes weighed between
3,704 lb. to 5,313 lb. Yalta Confrince-
Meeting of Allied leaders
to discuss end of war. The three people
at the Yalta confrence
was Franklin D. Roosevelt,
Joseph Stalin, and Winstin,
Churchill. The meeting took
place on Feburary 1945.
Only at the Yalta confrince
were all three leaders in a
frenzy of pure agreement. Before the attck on Pearl Harbor inDecember of 1941, war bonds were called Defense Bonds. 134 million Americans
were asked to buy war

importanat because they
were used to help the soilders on the warfront. V-E Day is known as
