Which path is the right one when one is oppressed?
Is violence
necessary
to fight oppression?
THE 2012 VOTE
Who can lead us into 2013 with a renewed American Dream?
Do resources equal freedom?
Is anything
TOO BIG TO FAIL
in a
free
society?
Is there equal opportunity?
Agree or disagree:
Success for some is better than
nobody being successful or everybody
being equally unsuccessful.
Agree or disagree:
Wealth can always be attained by everyone if they work hard enough.
...and how is it attained in our culture?
What is happiness?
"YOU HAVE TO BE ASLEEP TO BELIEVE IT."

What can be said of and for our times?
Is peaceful protest inaction?
RESPOND.
and what of
our children's?

What is freedom?
Are we "in control" of our destinies?
Does the dream exist in reality?
If I am financially indebted, am I free?
What is love...
...in the 21st century?
What is American love?
Is marriage a freedom for all or a privilege for some?

make decisions
about our future
as citizens?

We will have to repent in this generation not merely for the vitriolic words and actions of the bad people, but for the appalling silence of the good people.

then how do we explain the "USA" to those here first...

Dreams?
What is your
vision of America?

So what happens to a dream deferred?

Can one take action in other ways
than the physical?
What is psychological action?
Emotional?
What is your vision of

Is revenge justifiable?

Is violent reaction the only action of strength?


Do the victors of war benefit from winning?
FOR JUSTICE.
FOR OIL.
FOR DEMOCRACY.
Is humanity
inherently evil?

What do
Americans
value?

The Individual
The collective

When do one's beliefs
justify their actions?

What say you then
of our capacity
for love and empathy?

Is faith central to
"being" American?
When does
pride
strengthen
us in
tragedy...
... and when is it harmful?
of our troubles?

How did democracy begin in America?

the Government?
at a time when money is printed everyday
and literally seems like it grows on trees...
